Bicycle incentives

Bicycle incentives

Have incentives for the use of bicycles in the city such as subsidies to buy, tax cuts, better signaling of bicycle lanes, more exclusive bicycle lanes in the city, and permanently increase the streets that can only be used for pedestrians and bikes (like the embankment on weekends), develop communication campaigns to educate the population to respect and prefer bikes over cars. Decrease the incentives for the use of cars, increase taxes on cars, increase fines for speeding, load vehicles, bad parking, etc., and increase parking rates in the city center.
